facility, we are not responsible for lost or
stolen goods. If shipping company has
documentation that a package was delivered, we can
not be held liable.
Chocolate:
The
finest Belgian milk chocolate are used. Chocolate is
kosher. We use a professional color laser
printer for our wrappers.
Return Policy on this item:
Personalized Wedding Chocolate
Bar Favors
We guarantee every piece of chocolate that we
ship, as long as you have chosen the proper
shipping method. If you live in the states of
California,
Florida,
Texas,
Arizona,
Hawaii or
New Mexico, or if
you order chocolates between the months of
April - October, we
require that you use overnight shipping called
Heat-Safe shipping, so we can guarantee that
your chocolates get to you without melting or
oxidation.
If you do not choose a Heat-Safe shipping
method, we cannot guarantee the chocolates upon
arrival and will not be able to either replace
your favors or offer you a refund.
If, when you receive your order, it is not 100%
free from defects in materials and workmanship,
you may return it in new condition and its
original packaging for a prompt exchange, or
full refund. Returns must receive prior
authorization, so please email us for
approval.
Remember: Personalized items or orders
made to order are not returnable unless damaged
in shipping.
All exchanges must be made within 20 days of receipt.
When placing your order online and make an error
in personalization, we are not held responsible.
Orders will print EXACTLY as the online form
states. Please check and re-check for spelling
and date errors.
