It has been our experience that high shipping rates, insurance fees, brokerage fees and import taxes sometimes exceed the value of the products in the order. Some of these extra fees are unforeseeable on our part and the extra charges come as a complete surprise to you, the customer, when the package is delivered.

Air SHIPPING FEE will be added after you have purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the Air Shipping Fee.  Only then will your credit card be billed.

Please Note: Although most of our products ship out within a few days, some of our products take longer than others to ship due to the fact that they are handmade, personalized, or require additional time for processing. Although much of the time our orders are received by the customer in less than 2 weeks, it is a good conservative estimate to assume that your products will arrive with in a two-week-time-frame. Selective customized and personalized items may take longer than two weeks for delivery.

If you chose Air Shipping and is not ordering one of our required favors for Air:
It is assumed that you want RUSH shipping and your order will be processed ASAP.  We will make the appropriate shipping fee changes and you will receive an updated email of the changes.  Only then will your credit card will be charged.

* Also understand that some favors do not qualify for rush/over night or express shipping. As always, you will receive an email letting you know the status of your order.

PRICING:
Your Ultimate Wedding Favors reserve the right to change the price of any of our products in our online catalogue without prior notice. Price changes are usually due to "sales" or an increased in the price from our manufacturers. 

Prices differ may also have to do with retailers having sales or discount on volume purchasing.  We encourage you to do price comparison shopping before buying from us or any retailers on the Web.


TOLL FREE NUMBER:
800 numbers are usually provided by retailers for the convenience of the customer. We understand this and do plan for it in the future. But for now, email is sufficient for ordering and any customer support we have.

Please Note: In case of an emergency, Your Ultimate Wedding Favors reserve the right to contact the customer by phone.  Otherwise, all communication will be done by email.


RETURN POLICY:
At Your Ultimate Wedding Favors, we pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.

Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. All defects or damages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. If you need to return something, please send an email to  returns<remove this>@yourultimateweddingfavors.com   within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. 

All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. There is a 20% handling/re-stocking charge on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact us before doing so, so that we may give you Return Shipping Instructions.

We will "credit" your credit card for the refund amount in a timely manner.

Defective products can be returned for replacement of the same exact product, without a restocking fee being assessed. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days of receiving the order date. In an effort to provide the best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper designs at any time without notification.
