Ground Shipping charges are estimated on an average shipping cost for all 48 contiguous states and automatically calculated in the shopping cart. (AK, HI is different, slightly higher)

If you choose: Air
Air Shipping charges will be added later after you have purchase. This is due to the fact that Air is more expensive and we have to calculate accordingly to distance and weight.  You will receive an email confirmation of the Air Shipping Fee and only after that will your credit card be billed.
